Return and refund policy

How does it work?

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase at NaturePar. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to return the product.

Return conditions:

  • Products must, if possible, be returned in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the order. After approval, you have 7 days to return the product.

  • The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Registration

You can only submit a return request within the first 14 days after receiving the order. What you need to include in the email:

  • Reason

  • Order number

  • Name/address details as visible on the order. Please ensure that you return the product in its original condition/packaging.

2. Packaging

Pack your products. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instructions:

  • Pack the item exactly as you received it.

  • Ensure that the package is packed in such a way that it arrives at NaturePar without damage.

  • Print the packing slip and include it with the return shipment.

  • Place the return label over the old shipping label.

3. Shipping

Take the package to a post office. Keep the receipt until we process the return. You are responsible for the shipping and thus ensuring that the return package arrives correctly! We cannot take responsibility if your package is not properly registered and does not arrive at our location.

4. Refund

After receiving your return, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Note: Please pack the product carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Ensure that the package is well-packed and sealed. You are legally required to handle the product carefully to prevent damage. NaturePar reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by insufficient packaging. This means that if the product has been used, we will be forced to charge extra costs. If you have any questions about our return policy, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!
